Absolutely! It is one of Phu Quoc's top attractions: a 15-minute ride over the sea with views of the archipelago. Hon Thom Island has a water park and beaches. Tickets run about $10-15, and from An Thoi the cable car station is just 5 minutes away.
Boat tours leave from An Thoi port every day. Expect $15-25 per person for a half-day trip, including mask and snorkel. You visit 3-4 islands with stops for snorkeling. We are happy to help you book.
An Thoi itself has a small beach by the fishing village. The beautiful Kem Beach is 15 minutes away by motorbike, Hon Thom Beach is reached via the cable car, and Sunset Town with its promenade is just 5 minutes away.
There are small local shops. For bigger purchases you will need Duong Dong (40 minutes away). But the apartments have a kitchen, and fresh seafood and fruit are sold in the fishing village right nearby.
